Dr. Miren C. Salsamendi

Is a seasoned business executive with over 35 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies. Her career has encompassed various roles, including business leader, consultant, advisor, and teaching at the university level. Currently, she plays a vital role in nurturing startups as the Vice Chair of the Delaware Chapter of the Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE), the nation’s largest network of volunteer business mentors. 

Dr. Salsamendi’s global impact extends from her tenure at DuPont and ARCO, where she oversaw multinational business units. 

Her commitment to fostering innovation is further reflected in her Co-Chairmanship of the MIT Technology Forum of Philadelphia, a group that offers coaching and mentoring programs to entrepreneurs while showcasing cutting-edge technologies.

Throughout her career, Dr. Salsamendi has served on boards and chaired various organizations. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds fulfillment in cultural immersion, travel, and her passion for cooking. Having lived in four different countries, she is multilingual, proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
